In this episode, UnScene visits QXT Night club in Newark, NJ. Having been patrons of the club for some time without any notable paranormal incidents, we decided to see if maybe we were missing anything. In this episode, the Unscene Women check out 2 bars in NJ. The first is a Bar in Elizabeth. There have been sighting of a angry male ghost located in the restaurant area of the bar. Can they make contact with him?
The next investigation takes place at the Old Canal Inn. Cyn and Taz check out the infamous Death Seat. A few people have died of heart attacks after seating on the seat. Will they find the cause?

If EVPs are real, it is defying physics. A sound would have to be created from nothing and travel through the air loud enough to be recorded by a digital or analog device.
I asked MB how a sound could be generated from a ghost. His response is below:
MB: “Sound is also a form of energy – Sound needs a medium to travel through. If a ghost makes noise, it means that it has enough energy to form a sound wave which interacts with the molecules in the air to make a noise. What would generate it? No clue – same unknown thing as why ghosts would show in a form of light. We simply don’t know anything about it.”
What are your theories on how sound forms from nothing?
We were invited by the current resident of a private home to investigate for the original owners’ spirits. Cyn was personal friends with the family who lived in the house prior and very badly wanted to hear from them. She really wanted to relay a message to their daughter to let her know they were doing fine. Although we did not get consistent interaction, we do have some very positive affirming instances from our sessions.
In this episode, as we explore the private home, we concentrate on communication with the spirits in the house. We received a lot of interaction with orbs. Cyn has some very weird feelings just as the Infrared camera captures orbs roaming from the kitchen into the dining room where we are sitting, a much further and slower distance than the usual dust from kick up.

I asked MB a few questions pertaining to ORBS, which are commonly seen and often mistaken for dust. Though I have noticed some ORBS captured on infrared camcorders behave differently from fast, straight lined dust, I wanted to distinguish a difference between the two. MB has been answering all of my questions with very precise scientific explanations.

He had replied with the following answers:
“A photon is a particle which has no mass (also called a packet of energy) – light is both a wave and a particle. An orb can’t be a [*single] photon since the photon is unrecognizable small and only exists as model to explain the behavior of light the way we currently understand it. In physics some experiments prove light to be a wave and others that it behaves like a particle. That’s why the photon was created.
An orb is not defined in science, this goes into the area of pseudoscience. The orb to me is more a ball of light (you could say an accumulation of many, many photons) but unclear where it gets the energy from.
There is a natural phenomena of seeing lighting during a thunderstorm as round balls/orbs. It doesn’t occur often and it is not understood well why they form. Some suspect a mix of temperature/humidity/static conditions in the air could cause this.
Everything what your eye and/or the digital camera sensor sees relies on some sort of light and therefore photons. Remember when I told you the different wave lengths of light and differences in the energy of light what we define as UV, visible, and infrared light? So no matter in which kind of wavelength area a ghost would manifest, it would always be some sort of light (photons). It is just not clear where the energy comes from to make it visible. This is the tricky part to figure out!
Very hard to tell how an apparition would be fitting into the scientific patterns science serious science currently ignores that they exist in the first place. So I can’t explain how a ghost forms through the laws of physics and also not why and when. But I suspect – without having any proof for it! – that there is more than we are aware about.”

MY NEXT QUESTIONS TO THE READERS….If I assume that the spirit orbs I see through infrared camcorders were made of many photons, would there be a device capable of powering the ability for photons to form? I know some have tried Tesla coils.

I again wrote MB to better explain my understanding of how Electromagnetic fields are affected by paranormal manifestations and how our brain perceives these events.
QUESTIONS BY TAZ: Would you happen to know about electromagnetic fields? I’ve noticed ghost hunters use a lot of devices pertaining to emfs. I read up on it but I can’t seem to make the connection between human *perception and magnetic fields. Brainwaves do not function that way, so I don’t understand why paranormal entities would manifest using magnetic fields.
ANSWER BY MB:
“Electromagnetic fields are all around us – simply spoken, they are always created when a current flows through any kind of conductible object. There is nothing unusual about it – some devices create very strong EMFs like power poles or power/energy transformers.
In the paranormal, EMFs are assumed to play a role when an entity appears – it must have energy from something to do something or appear.
This used energy would create also an EMF in theory. The EMF devices used for ghost hunting are relying on this theory. Problem here is background EMF – you need to be in a location without any power supply, no electrical wires etc to make sure that there is no background/natural EMF. I suspect the EMF effect by entities is fairly small – so EMF pollution by background radiation/electricity is a big concern.
It is totally unclear and an area of “pseudoscience” how entities get energy from and how they would manifest. I could possible imagine that an entity simply uses the atmosphere around as energy delivery system which could explain why the air cools down when an entity is seen (an observation often described and why thermometers are use in ghost hunting practices).
Heat is nothing else than energy. In physics energy can be transformed in multiple ways – heat energy into mechanical energy or vice-versa for example. Each energy transformation comes with a loss of energy – no transformation of energy can be 100%. Thermodynamics does not allow this. In your car for example your engine is only 30% efficient by transforming the energy released by burning gas . The rest up to 70% is simply released as unused heat – also energy!
Now to the brainwaves. The neurons in our brains use electricity (electrons) to communicate with each other. Similar to an EMF just with much less energy, this current creates a field which is detected as wave-like pattern.
Even both fields – EMF and brainwaves – are created by a current of electrons, the amount of energy of each field is very different. In medicine this brainwave pattern changes when a person has a physical issue with the brain. Also we can observe activities through brainwaves which led to the detection of areas in our brain which are responsible for specific tasks.
Science unfortunately is not open to the unknown as it should be in theory. Unfortunately this is now all in this “pseudo-scientific” area which doesn’t often rely on good science.”
